- [ ] record job number. (assigned together as loads by traffic)
- [ ] DIRECT DELIVERY – plan individual jobs from SX to delivery point, with delivery date and booking ref,
- [ ] print manifest copies and record job number. This may have been booked in by our customer, ourselves, or a booking updated by our customer service team.
- [ ] TRACKING use the tracking facility to check onward delivery bookings for consol for example, from Derby to Amazon etc.
- [ ] Or for looking at a POD if a customer requests one, or disputes an order going to say Amazon because they haven’t logged it in the Amazon system as received yet.
- [ ] For subcontract deliveries (Palletways) we track in their own system.
- [ ] OPEN A TICKET – we would open a ticket if a length of time has passed since the delivery booking, but pod details are not showing in Lots. This goes to customer services as a query. This is not done often.
