• [ ] Derby inbound/location uploads/trailer report (including Runcorn mixed vender loads).
• [ ] Printing labels for Derby stock (goods in).
• [ ] SX inbound/location uploads/trailer report
• [ ] Update schedule.
• [ ] Log any no data /no label /online /offline pallets on relevant spreadsheet.
• [ ] Allocate pallets to manifests using LOTS12.
• [ ] Consolidate on existing loads.
• [ ] Create Palletforce loads /upload files /create manifest and pick sheets /print off pallet labels (for both Derby and Wests).
• [ ] Send planning for all 3 sites (DE, SX and WESTS) and write out load envelopes and print off loading sheets and delivery manifests.
• [ ] Send planning to Wests.
• [ ] Call/email customers to obtain bookings.
• [ ] Processing Schedule (+ 3PL’s)
• [ ] RVR Loads (DE/SX/WEST) – Creating pick list for all sites on RVR loads and request booking slot with Amazon
